At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
In-stock items are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Please note that processing times may be longer during:
- Product launches
- Restocks
- Holidays
- High order volume periods
Pre-Order Items
Some squishies are released as pre-order or small-batch items.
For pre-order items, please allow approximately 20–40 days for production, preparation, and shipping before tracking information becomes available.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the waiting period associated with handmade and limited-batch products.
If you prefer faster shipping, we recommend purchasing in-stock items instead 🫶
Shipping Delays
Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are dependent on the shipping carrier.
Please understand that Tako Squishy Lab is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Lost or delayed packages during transit
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order before a shipping label is created or your order is packed.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
