Return Policy

Due to the handmade, collectible, and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.
Please note that slight imperfections, small air bubbles, tiny fibers, lint, dust particles, or minor surface marks may occasionally be present due to the soft nature of squishy materials, handmade finishing, packaging, or transit. These are considered normal characteristics of collectible squishies and do not affect product functionality.


We currently do NOT accept ANY returns or exchanges for reasons such as but not exclusive to:

  • Minor handmade imperfections
  • Slight color differences
  • Minor surface fibers, lint, or dust
  • Personal preference
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos or videos showing:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

All damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that excessive refund requests, repeated damage claims, or suspicious activity may result in future orders being declined.
