These are considered normal characteristics of collectible squishies and do not affect product functionality. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at privacy@takosquishylab.com with clear unboxing photos or videos showing the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label. All damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Excessive refund requests, repeated damage claims, or suspicious activity may result in future orders being declined. To maintain store community integrity, product review submissions are restricted exclusively to registered users who hold a verified customer account.
