Are your squishies handmade?

Many of our squishies are hand-finished, hand-painted, or prepared in small batches. Because of this, slight imperfections, tiny air bubbles, color differences, or small variations may occur. Each squishy is unique and may look slightly different from product photos.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock items are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. At this time, we currently only ship within the United States from California. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding 🫶

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade, collectible, and hygienic nature of our products, we DO NOT accept any returns & exchanges. All sales are final once an order has been shipped.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please contact us within 24 hours before a shipping label is created or your order is packed. Once an order has been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

Are your squishies safe for children?

Our products are recommended for ages 14+ and are not intended for small children. Squishies are collectible stress-relief items made with soft silicone-based materials and are NOT edible.

 

How should I care for my squishy?

To help your squishy last longer:
• Avoid excessive pulling or tearing
• Keep away from sharp objects
• Store in a cool, dry place
• Avoid direct sunlight or extreme heat

 

How often do you release new products?

We’re currently working on new creations and hope to release new squishies monthly in the future ✨
